Yes, the ‘religion’ defense is a Constitutional Right. And if Judge Ezra told Roger he could not - than Roger needs to demand that another judge reside over his trial, even if he has to go to Calif. Which is more herb aware than Oahu for a jury pool.
ALSO, Roger was not the first pot church in Hawai’i.
The history of herb religion on Oahu needs to be researched and brought forward because it was Wally Bockman who got Mayor J Harris to give him the church status.

Roger is being held in jail for no clear reason his right to speedy trial has not been granted. Due process doesn’t apply to the innocent that are held without justification. Please take the time to write to Eric Holder our US Attorney General Eric Holder (U.S. Department of Justice 950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20530-0001) And remind the educated man that it is a injustice to classify cannabis as a schedule 1 drug when it is truly medicinal and non lethal? Can anyone please tell me why cannabis is illegal but this K2 isn’t. I’m waiting?
