We will start with a two hour kitchen principal teaching followed by a scrumptious and wholesome vegetarian 7 course dinner. You will learn 5 Element Cooking, an ancient Chinese system that helps to balance. In addition, I will give you ideas to organize your kitchen to be a more practical and joyful environment. My goal is for you to go home with a satisfied tummy and refreshing new ideas for enhancing your personal health.
Share’s background has been in Oriental medicine and holistic health for over 35 years. She had an ongoing TV show in South Carolina in the 90’s, had a cancer prevention Center in the 70’s in Vancouver B.C, studied and shared herbology in the 80’s, has been a self-sustainable farmer in Canada, and now on the island of Hawai’i. Her husband Roger’s knowledge on the great benefits Cannabis Hemp inspired her to incorporate the Tree of Life into her work.
