I might be in jail by the time you read this. I’m desperately trying to contact Carl Miller the Constitution Man. I’ve tried to invoke his Constitutional rights strategy in the court of Maryland for expired tags. It’s not going so well. I have reason to believe my right to due process has been also hampened. Since my 2nd court appearance, I’m getting followed and pulled over after a year of almost none of this. If you could give me a direction to him that would be appreciated.

Love listening to this incredible material. I’ve tried looking up U.C.C. 1-207. In the several searches I’m coming up with that in 2004 they changed it to U.C.C. 1-308…..but, when looking they skip from 1-206 to 1-208. So is this the law schools withholding 1-207 from being discovered or with signatures do we now use the 1-308?

I love Carl Miller, I 100% Believe and Support the Facts, He’s the most knowledgeable Constitutionalist in the Country. However If anyone knows how to move forward in a right to travel case when the courts insist and hold that you do have the right to travel but you do not have the right to drive an automobile… Im in trouble in TN. for driving on suspended license. And the argument that the Constitution isn’t in affect after I close my car door isn’t working… Any help would be greatly appreciated… Thank You,
